Welcomed to CAN BE in March 2023, this felt and hatter supply house serves artisans, creators, and DIY makers nationwide with premium materials, ready-made U.S. crafted hats, and exceptional customer service. Rooted in vintage tradition yet driven by innovation, Pure Beaver offers bespoke custom hats, one-on-one workshops, and interactive Hat Bar events. Tim’s craftsmanship is complemented by business partner Lisa Bittorf, whose organizational expertise, accounting skills, and creative hat designs strengthen the company’s operations and customer experience. After a 36 year career at Job Corps, Lisa brought her passion for design and training to Pure Beaver, helping expand its role as a resource for both aspiring and seasoned hatmakers. Together, they have built a trusted partner for the fashion, costume, and event industries across the country.
